Nomora was founded in Alba, in the heart of the Langhe region, in 2024, as a contemporary response to an increasingly pressing need: to enjoy the ritual of wine without alcohol, but without sacrificing pleasure. Founded by Paolo Repetto, Nomora took shape from a question: what is the meaning of conviviality today? The company chose a new path in an iconic territory for Italian winemaking. Nomora is one of the first Italian companies to interpret alcohol-free wine as a premium experience, seeking an informed, curious and free-spirited audience.

Nomora's production method is based on research, experimentation and deep respect for the raw material. It starts exclusively with high-quality base wines, obtained from organic grapes, processed with the aim of preserving their identity and elegance. The dealcoholisation process is carried out delicately, without further invasive interventions or the use of aromas or other ingredients.
