The Torre di Giano by Lungarotti is a fresh and juicy white wine, which makes extreme drinkability its strong point. The Lungarotti winery, founded in 1962 by Giorgio Lungarotti, has always been synonymous with quality and consistency in the level of wines produced, as well as one of the most renowned in the entire Italian wine scene. An impressive estate of 250 hectares with vineyards located between Torgiano and Montefalco, always with an eye on sustainability and biodiversity, as well as the enhancement of native grape varieties interspersed with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio vines. The Torre di Giano white comes from a blend of Vermentino, Trebbiano, and Grechetto with vines grown on clay soils. The cryomaceration in steel allows for the cold extraction of the freshest aromas from the grapes, and is followed by aging in the same containers.
