The Franciacorta Brut Nature by Bosio is a sparkling wine that is very pleasant to drink, never becoming tiring, but rather presenting itself consistently with a round, mineral, and fresh sip. A bottle that tells the story of its origin territory, and for this reason is not dosed after disgorgement, thus maintaining an authentic and expressive profile. This is thanks to the choice made by Bosio, a winery for several generations linked to the Franciacorta terroir, which loves to create wines with great environmental sensitivity.
This Brut Nature is a Franciacorta DOCG that the Bosio winery produces starting from a blend that features two grape varieties that are strongly complementary to each other, Chardonnay, which leads the blend with 70%, and Pinot Noir. The vines of these varieties are carefully cultivated by the Bosio winery team, working the vineyards with particular agronomic techniques aimed at protecting the surrounding nature. The grapes, once they arrive in the winemaking facilities, are gently pressed, and then fermented at controlled temperature in steel, where they remain for 6-7 months. The The refermentation takes place in the bottle, following the typical production principles of the Classic Method. The wine matures on the lees in the bottle for 36 months, after which the disgorgement and bottling operations are carried out.
The Bosio Brut Nature reveals itself visually with a brilliant color, reminiscent of straw yellow, crossed by slight reflections tending towards gold. The perlage is distinguished by a fine and persistent grain. The bouquet of aromas enveloping the nose evokes sensations of tropical fruit and citrus, alternating with more floral notes and hints that recall pastry and yeast. On the palate, it has excellent body, with a tasty sip that relies on a particularly savory texture. A bottle that tells the story of the Franciacorta territory and the grapes cultivated there with great naturalness, in light of a production approach characterized by respect for the environment surrounding the vineyards.
