The Brut Saten by Freccianera is a Franciacorta with a fine and creamy sip, where savoriness and freshness harmonize with an innate softness, making it particularly smooth to drink. A bottle that is born from the pure use of Chardonnay, which finds in the estate's parcels the ideal terroir to best develop its organoleptic characteristics. This Franciacorta Brut Saten by Freccianera originates from the pure use of a great international white grape variety, Chardonnay, cultivated by the winery's team with great care and dedication within the estate's vineyards. The grapes, once harvested during the manual phase of the harvest, ferment alcoholically in steel containers at controlled temperature, and then undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, following the production principles of the Metodo Classico. The wine remains to mature on the lees for 42 months, after which the process ofdisgorging, dosage, bottling, and marketing.
