Er stammt aus alten Rebstöcken aus den 70er Jahren und wird dank der Wirkung einheimischer Hefen und ohne Zusatz von Sulfiten spontan vergoren. Am Gaumen ist er vollmundig und rund, mit einer guten Struktur, angereichert durch Noten von reifen gelben Früchten, frischen Zitrusnoten und rustikalen Nuancen. Ein Weißwein, der sein Terroir aufrichtig interpretiert und ein reichhaltiges und authentisches Geschmackserlebnis bietet, perfekt für diejenigen, die einen Wein mit Charakter suchen
The Radiz Freevolo presents itself with an intense straw-yellow color and slightly hazy, a prelude to a rich and articulated olfactory profile. On the nose, it reveals pronounced citrus notes, where bergamot and cedar blend with floral notes of acacia and a herbaceous hint of boxwood. On the palate, the wine expresses a round and enveloping structure, with pleasant rusticity. The sip is very fresh and almost rustic, with a smooth yet satisfying drink, and a minerality that emerges at the finish, giving length and depth. Freevolo is a white wine that is suitable to be enjoyed on any occasion, excellent with cheese platters or risotto based on fish and vegetables!
