Der Ottagono ist ein Nero di Troia, vollmundig, dicht und strukturiert, der aus überreifen Trauben gewonnen und 12 Monate in großen Fässern gereift ist. Es handelt sich um einen Rotwein mit einem vollen und intensiven Aromaprofil, mit Aromen von dunklen Beeren und Gewürzen im Vordergrund. Ausgewogen, weich und langanhaltend am Gaumen

The name of the label derives from the octagonal plant of the Castle, a true symbol of the territory and its history. The harvest is slightly late and occurs around the beginning of November. The grapes ferment with a long maceration on the skins in concrete tanks, then matures for 8 months in concrete and for 12 months in large oak barrels.a finish of great taste balance that returns to elegant notes of oriental spices.
