Der Pigato „Bon In Da Bon“ ist ein sehr ausdrucksvoller und terroirbetonter Wein, der aus spät geernteten Trauben von etwa 60 Jahre alten Reben stammt. Er hat ein reiches und intensives Aromaprofil, in dem Frucht- und Zitrusnoten hervortreten. Am Gaumen ist er trocken, weich und mineralisch, mit guter Persistenz.
