"Audax" ist ein Prosecco aus Valdobbiadene, lebhaft, fein und erfrischend, der zur traditionellen Linie von Bortolomiol gehört. Sein frisches und zartes Wesen, seine blumigen und zitrusartigen Aromen sowie sein leichtes und aromatisches Körper machen ihn zu einem Prosecco mit hoher gastronomischer Eignung, der zu jeder Mahlzeit, als Aperitif oder in Momenten der Freude und Geselligkeit genossen werden kann.
The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Brut “Audax” is a label that completes the range of Bortolomiol sparkling wines, recalling the tradition and history of the winery. Already in the 1960s, in fact, Bortolomiol produced a Brut Prosecco, when the custom of the time was to offer only the classic Extra-Dry dosage. This sparkling wine returns the genuine and authentic taste of the Glera grape with all its richness of scents and aromas. The color is straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and continuous with creamy foam. On the nose, it is delicate and subtle, with scents of orange blossom, white flowers, citrus aromas, and white fruit. On the palate, it expresses a lively freshness, with a fruit that is still crunchy and fragrant, leading to a savory finish.
