Der Rotwein Cantina Margò è ist ein Rotwein, der warm und umhüllend am Gaumen ist, hergestellt aus Sangiovese-Trauben. Nach der spontanen Fermentation mit einheimischen Hefen und einer langen Mazeration des Mostes auf den Schalen reift der Wein teilweise in Edelstahl und teilweise in Holz, wodurch er Gleichgewicht und Struktur erlangt und intensive fruchtige und blumige Aromen entwickelt. Ein perfekter Wein für Grillabende mit Freunden oder um ihn zu einer Platte mit Wurst und halbfestem Käse zu servieren.

The Rosso di Cantina Margò is a genuine bottle capable of combining intensity and dynamism, produced from pure Sangiovese. This grape variety was the first cultivated by winemaker Carlo Tabarrini, founder of Cantina Margò, who in 2008 found a half-hectare vineyard planted with Sangiovese, in a state of partial abandonment, deciding to rent it to dive into a viticultural adventure from scratch. From the very beginning, Carlo's goal was clear: to produce sincere wines without sophistication or invasive interventions.

Cantina Margò Rosso is a pure Sangiovese from vines aged between 25 and 50 years. The plants are cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture on medium-textured soils mainly composed of clay, limestone, and marls. After manual harvesting, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a long maceration on the skins. Once the fermentation process is complete, the wine ages for about a year partly in wooden barrels and partly in steelbefore the blending and final bottling. It is followed by a year of aging in the bottle.

The Sangiovese Rosso from the artisanal winery Cantina Margò has an intense ruby red color. From the glass, distinct fruity aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, and berries emerge, enhanced by spicy nuances and delicate floral memories of rose petals and violet. The taste progression is warm, juicy, and enveloping, supported by excellent freshness and well-integrated tannins. The finish recalls the fruity sensations perceived on the nose. This Umbrian red wine is the ideal choice for carefree barbecues with friends and family, especially paired with lamb or pork.
