The Giannitessari winery produces this Colli Berici starting from a grape variety, the Tai Rosso, cultivated exclusively in the Vicenza area. The grapes, carefully harvested to ensure only the best of the origin terroir, ferment in steel containers for about 10 days, at a controlled temperature ranging from 10 to 25 degrees. This is followed by the aging phase, carried out in large oak barrels with a capacity of 40hectoliters for a year. Once the maturation is complete, the wine is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The range of aromas that envelops the nose highlights deep notes of fruit, interspersed with hints that recall shades of underbrush.
