The Valpolicella Brolo di Sotto from the famous Venetian winery Sartori is the emblematic label of the territory, essential for anyone wanting to know the authentic face of the reds from the Verona area. While Amarone and Ripasso represent recent history, Valpolicella Classico is tradition. It is the expression of the wine that has made this wonderful hilly area famous for centuries, cut by deep valleys that descend from north to south, with sunny hillside exposures perfect for viticulture. Its smooth and agile character makes it suitable for pairing with pasta with ragù, poultry, and white meats.

The Valpolicella Brolo di Sotto is one of the most popular and well-known labels from the Sartori winery, a historic brand of Verona wine, which manages numerous properties in different areas of the region. The grapes of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Croatina come from the estate's vineyards cultivated in the best areas of the territory, on calcareous-clay soils, very suitable for the needs of native red grape varieties. The cool and breezy climate, made particularly mild by the breezes from the nearby Lake Garda, favor excellent ripening, with rich and elegant aromas.  Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with skin maceration. Before proceeding to bottling, the wine rests for 6/8 months, partly in large oak barrels and partly in concrete or steel tanks.

The Valpolicella Brolo di Sotto by Sartori is the typical red of Verona, always a protagonist on everyday tables. Versatile, smooth, and easy to drink is the label that best tells the authentic identity of the territory. In the glass, it presents a lively ruby red color with bright reflections. On the nose, it offers a fragrant and pleasantly fruity bouquet, with aromas of ripe cherry, small red berries, currants, marasca, hints of wild blackberry, fresh almond, delicately spicy notes, on a background of youthful wine sensations. Medium-bodied, it has fine and well-integrated tannins with a juicy and crunchy fruit, expressing a rich and harmonious maturity. The finish is of good persistence, characterized by freshness and sapidity.
