The "Biancoaugusto" by Le Verzure is an intense Tuscan white wine, with enveloping and fascinating aromas, made with a skin maceration and vinification in dolium (amphorae) of terracotta. It is produced with the two traditional white grape varieties cultivated in the Sienese lands, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia, a combination that ensures freshness and seductive aromatic richness. It is presented as a white suitable for those who love wines that refer to the oldest production customs and are in search of authentic and straightforward flavors.

The wine "Biancoaugusto" is produced by the Le Verzure winery in the Murlo countryside, in the area of the Sienese Hills. The project began in the early 2000s, with the intent to produce wines with a strong territorial connotation, favoring the use of traditional indigenous grape varieties. Of the 43 hectares of the estate, only 6 are cultivated with vineyards, in order to maintain a balanced ecosystem rich in biodiversity. The vineyards are managed under organic farming, also using biodynamic practices. Trebbiano and Malvasia are cultivated in a small plot of one

one and a half hectares, located near the Crevole and Ombrrone rivers. The soils are clayey, with abundant presence of river pebbles. Fermentation occurs spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts, with skin maceration in dolium of terracotta. It rests in dolium for 10 months before bottling.

The orange wine "Biancoaugusto", produced by the Tuscan winery Le Verzure, is a complex and articulated white, suitable for those who love macerated wines, which return the completeness of the aromas of white grapes in their dense expressive integrity. The color is yellow-orange with golden reflections. The bouquet is rich and open, with aromas of ripe yellow peach, soft honeyed notes, sensations of pine resin, dried fruit, and iodine memories. The taste is rich, with dense and complex aromas, which extend harmoniously towards a fresh and savory finish
