Der Heightswine von Yarden ist ein süßer Wein aus Israel, hergestellt aus gefrorenen Gewurztraminer-Trauben, die im Winter bei -17°C in den Höhenlagen des Golan spät geerntet wurden. Es handelt sich um einen sehr reichen und intensiven Eiswein mit üppigen Aromen von getrockneten exotischen Früchten, Lychee, Honig und süßen Gewürzen.
