freshness are the three main characteristics of Emidio Pepe's Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, who wanted and was able to transfer biodynamic agriculture to his vineyards, combining the experience of a great producer with modern production techniques.

Emidio Pepe's Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is foot-trodden, just like in the past, in wooden vats and is left to ferment spontaneously in vitrified cement tanks, where it will age for several months. The Pepe family-run winery has become a clear and transparent example of a flagship of naturalness and craftsmanship; still farmers at heart, with a passion for wine made like in the old days, capable of combining the charm of the ancient with the evolution of the modern.
